Life is a game of choices. Everything depends on the choices we make. If we study all our moments in life, with awareness or ignorance, we make choices. One may think, “How can we make the right choice?” Each situation is a new, novel, uncharted challenge. So, how can we make the right choices? On studying all the religious holy books, history, day to day happenings, one can see that a person’s choice was the main factor that led to the specific finale. But we human beings don’t give much importance to these choices and we see other unnecessary and unimportant points, or the end result and we focus more on the wrong aspects. For example, when we go through the holy bible, first few chapters of genesis, we will see that God himself gave us choice. The game of choice began with Adam and Eve. In the Garden of Eden, there were mainly two important trees, one was the tree of life which bore the fruit that gives eternal life and the second one, the tree of knowledge which bore the fruit of knowledge that gives the knowledge to differentiate between good and evil. They were allowed to eat the fruit from the tree of life, and all other fruits except the fruit from the tree of knowledge. But by choice they ate the forbidden fruit. Adam and Eve were made in the image of god and they were gods themselves. But they didn’t know it. They took the wrong choice and ate the fruit from the tree of knowledge which made them aware of right and wrong perception, The Maya or the duality. Actually, if they ate the fruit from the tree of life first, the entire picture would have been different; they would have remained as gods with eternal life. In that realm, there is no good and bad or right and wrong, for God there is only good and only right, no wrong. But Adam and Eve took the choice and ate the forbidden fruit and became limited and hence human beings, who have span of life and got the knowledge of duality, good and bad. God had given them the choice not to eat from the tree of knowledge, but their freedom of choice came into play. If they had consulted God before taking the fruit god would have warned, stopped or advised them with the consequences. And they could still be living with god as gods.

As Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden, God has placed us in this world. In this world, there are different kinds of fruit trees, which we can eat and choose not to eat from. Or we can consult god before we feel the urge to eat. We should make the right choice at the right time, with the help of god, so that we can claim our rightful godhood. Once we eat from the tree of eternal life, god will be with us and our inner voice will guide us. So next time before taking any choice, don’t forget to consult the almighty in you, and he will guide you. Make sure to eat the fruit from the tree of eternal life as early as possible so that god himself will be with you.  Make this the first chance of choice after reading this article. Then with each choice you make, you get more and more refined.

“You are the soul,
Body is the Garden of Eden,
Heart is the tree of eternal life,
Brain is the tree of knowledge,
Whatever comes to your mind must be processed first by your heart,
Then by your brain, and then come to the choice.
Make sure in your heart, there resides almighty god.”

Transcendental Visit to another Planet

I happened to visit a strange place last night. There I saw a beautiful house at a distance and walked towards it. I found that the doors to the house were left open. Curiosity got the better of me and I went inside. Inside, I saw a man, he saw me too but walked past ignoring me, patting me on the shoulder, as though I was just a visitor at a hotel. I tried to ask him where I was, but he walked away without responding.  So I decided to explore further. Inside that house, I saw something similar to a swimming pool.  Also I noticed there were no trees in sight but the weather was very pleasant.

I left that house and continued walking. I found 2 people working with red mud. I noticed that this red mud was obtained by grinding sand stone. They were using this red mud to fill in gaps between the tiles of a small house they were building. The end result of the tile work was beautiful.
I tried asking these workers my doubts as well, but they too did not respond. As I walked further, I came to yet another house. I entered the house and found a woman in European attire. When I tried to speak with her, she called a man, who tried to explain something to me, which I could not understand. I left the house and came to something that resembled a shore. Inside the water, I could see the huge stumps of six palm trees… Well, I suppose they were huge palm trees a long time back. But now all that was left were the dried out stumps.  I saw around 3 people trying to pull out the stumps. They succeeded in pulling out one of those stumps neatly and started working on the next. Seeing this, I felt that this stump would be best suited as a show piece. These people too wouldn’t answer me. So I walked on further and came upon a spectacular sight. A glorious sunset….or a sunrise…whichever it was…it was surely breathtaking. But even stranger was the fact that there was not only a single sun, but four suns in the four directions. Very very far, appearing to be only half the size of the sun one usually sees. It was all so strange. No roads or trees in sight. No greenery. The people were strange too. None of the people seemed happy…nor did they seem to be sad. They were not hurrying about either. Just working at their own pace, concentrating on nothing other than their work. I started to feel like a helpless tourist. I wanted to get away from here. I tried asking the people working near the shore how I could leave the place, where the nearest bus stop was. But again no one seemed to care. I started to realize I was no longer seeing our planet. I was on some strange planet, part of a different galaxy perhaps, and did not know how to leave. Perhaps, this planet was on its way to its end with its few inhabitants. As the desire to escape from this place became more intense, I came out of my trance.

Attention Please Millionaires!

The untimely death of Michael Jackson saddened me deeply. We all feel grieved and we will all miss him forever. In a way, it is our failure that we were not able to see his problems, or we were not there to help him recover from his problems. I hear that he was very friendly with Mr. Deepak Chopra and many other spiritual leaders, but nobody was able to help him or even acknowledge his problems.

It is also possible that he was not receptive to their advice or help. Anyway, we lost one of our prodigies in pop music and choreographed dance.
It would be positive if we try and understand the kind of problems many of the so called successful people face. The core problem is their inability to handle success. If you want to live a normal life, you must live a disciplined life. It is like driving your vehicle in one way traffic.

If we follow the traffic rules, we may be able to reach our destination but if we drive our vehicle in the opposite direction without following the rules, we will definitely not make it to the destination. So, in this life, there are unwritten rules which we should follow in order to lead a successful life. But when we attain a huge financial freedom without wisdom, we tend to ignore the unwritten laws of the world and we start to feel that we are some super being and we can lead a life of our own with our money and our financial freedom and this freedom will build a very big wall around us. We will end up as a prisoner in this wall and our connections and love with our loved ones will be cut off and we will find ourselves surrounded by a group of selfish and parasitic people who suck our blood.

And once they are done with it they will just wither away and our loved ones will not have any access to us. This is a very sad state of affairs and the so called rich man walks to his failure.

In the holy book of Ramayana, there is a incident when Lord Rama goes out to the forest to catch the Mareechan (the golden deer) on his wife’s, Sita Devi’s, request. Before leaving, Lord Rama told his brother, Lakshman, to protect Sita and never to leave her alone until he came back. But after a while the Mareechan started to scream in the voice of Lord Rama. From a distance, his brother Lakshman and wife Sita heard the cry and Sita urged Lakshman to go and help his big brother Rama. But Lakshman knew that it was a trick played by Mareechan and refused to go. Lakshman knew that his brother could not be defeated by Mareechan. But Sita insisted that Lakshman must leave her to go find and help Rama, but Lakshman refused, then Sita accused Lakshman of being attracted to her and she alleged the he was hoping to marry his brother’s wife, she also alleged that he wanted Raman to die. This saddened Lakshman and reluctantly, Lakshman left Sita saying that, “I’m very much upset and saddened by your unavoidable fate”. Lakshman left Sita and went in search of his brother Rama. At that time, Ravana came, kidnapped Sita and took her to Sri Lanka in his Pushpaka plain.

This story explains that due to the foolishness of Sita, she, her husband, husband’s brother and lot of others were put to immense difficulty, heartaches, war and led to her own destruction in the end.
In this world, there are a lot of signboards to help and direct us like Torah, The holy Bible, Quran, Ramayana, Bhagavat Gita, Vedas and many other sources. We can travel around this magnificent world and see different places of religious importance and other beautiful places. We may see and engage different types of people, see how they lived, study them and see the wonderful work of our lord. We must use these tools to enhance ourselves. The people who have money have no limits to know these things, but many of them choose the wrong side. They get afraid of the people and they lock themselves inside their bandboxes. All the positive points they have, will then become negative. Their folly is that they focus only on themselves and their comfort. At some point, they feel that everything in this world is made for them and their happiness. But once they start to focus on their inner self and start to look inside them, they will be cured.

In our daily lives we use a lot of different tools for various tasks example: screwdrivers, hammers, axe, blades, mobile phones etc. At present we use sophisticated machines and equipments at the same time we use a heavy axe or an electric saw to cut down a tree. Our success depends on the correct tools we use and according to the task we use very heavy to the most sophisticated tools in using these tools we wont be guilty or sad, we wont feel bad because we know to do the certain work we have to use these tools and ultimately it is for the good but if we use a wrong tool for a particular purpose the tool may break. So success lies in using the correct tools for the particular work in the same way in our day to day life we are mingling with different kinds of people like our father, mother, children, officers, boss ,seniors ,juniors etc. In our daily life we come across many people and with all these people in some way or another we are using different kind of tools such as talk, speech, body language, anger and other feelings. All these are different kinds of tools which we use to deal with different people in different situations here we have to keep in mind to use the right tool to deal with the right people in special situations we come across in our life maybe we have to use soft pleasing or harsh words such as using a simple screw driver or a hammer.

Recently, on a visit to our estate and seeing some mistakes by the supervisor I had to use some harsh words to the supervisor to make him understand the gravity of his mistakes. But after I came back from the estate I had second thoughts about it. I thought I had made some mistakes and I started to meditate on this subject and suddenly it stoked my mind that I was using a tool. My inner voice told me that I was using only a tool and because the supervisor was acting like a stone I had to use a hammer to break it up by using these harsh words, so that I could make the supervisor understand the gravity of the mistakes he made. It must not be too loose or too tight that must be the condition we must make sure that we do not use the wrong tool for a wrong reason. Never use these tools to feed our ego. Use the tools only for the good and use the tools with wisdom.

These days many people who talk to me talk about the difficulty they face in having a healthy sex life. Many are using aphrodisiac like methods to boost their sexual stamina.

What is the actual reason behind this problem?

We have messed with our life and we all are living a make-belief life and as a result, we are facing tremendous physical and mental pressure. This in turn affects all aspects of our life. Many of the people who have spoken to me make a lot of money then there are those who find it difficult to make both ends meet but regardless of their financial situation they are all leading this make-believe life and most of them are not alert. This is the reason for all these problems.

So now the question is how to lead a peaceful life?

In whatever profession we are, we have to work with awareness, sincerity love and compassion. Then it will be successful. Of course there are many problems in life. But if we stick on to the above four qualities, we can overcome the problems and be successful in the end. When we work in the said manner, each job will become an offering to god and in the end our life by itself will become an offering to God. None of our actions will be futile. When you lead your life in this manner, you don’t need any aphrodisiac like medicines. Actually we live like multiple personalities and have the tension and worries burden us. This can be compared to cooking meat in a pressure cooker with a worn out washer. All the steam escapes and it will take a long time and energy.

What is the secret to eternal life? Mankind has attempted to find a concise answer to this question since the days of Adam. The doctors, scientists and nutritionists of this age have taught us to believe that long life can be attained by following a balanced diet and a strict exercise regimen. Of course, this can be an added advantage. But the most important factor that ensures long life gets lost in this brouhaha.

Let me introduce this much ignored ‘secret’ to long life by way of an illustration. An electric motor or a ceiling fan will work smoothly, with minimal maintenance for many long years, if there is no friction. But if there is friction inside the machine the motor will burn off destroying the machinery. A human being functions on the same lines as that of machinery, only infinitely complex. When human beings, who constantly face internal strife, learn to handle friction, tension and aggression in a positive manner then they will lead a long and healthy life. But if the internal friction and tension is chronic and it is handled in a negative manner, the individual’s health deteriorates at the cost of his life span. It is important that we learn how to handle tension and strife in our life as there is no life devoid of these experiences.

Another illustration in this regard would be that of an expensive vehicle designed to travel in different terrains. Irrespective of the terrain an experienced driver knows how to handle the vehicle in all conditions. An experienced driver adjusts the power of the vehicle, makes use of the gearshift and other mechanical controls skilfully as required by the terrain and as a result the drive is smooth. If the driver is an inexperienced person, the gear and other mechanical systems, even the chassis will break off, owing to his lack of skill, thereby destroying the vehicle permanently. In the same manner we have to handle ourselves skilfully lest we cause damage to ourselves and people around us.

We need to understand that human beings are the most sophisticated machines in the Universe. In order to handle this sophisticated piece of machinery we must have divine knowledge acquired from the source. Without divine knowledge all the knowledge and education in the world is useless. It is a pointless exercise just like adding zeros to zeros. Until a value is added on the left side of the zeros it will have no value.

As I glanced through the day’s newspaper a heartrending report caught my eye. A renowned film director committed suicide expecting his third release to fail at the box office. Both his earlier films were immensely popular and had set the cash registers ringing. But even prior to the release of the third film both the director and producer believed that it would be a failure and a black mark on their successful career. The night before the release the film director committed suicide in his hotel room. Sad! My heart goes out to his grief stricken father, mother, sister, wife and daughter. I feel immensely grieved hearing such accounts of loss experienced by people. But in this world all this is routine.

In today’s world all of us are so busy chasing dreams and working harder at being successful that we do not stop to analyze the finer aspects. We need to consider this: What is Success? What is Failure? The answer is simple. If you break it down, there is no success or failure; there are only situations in life. When you look at the big picture all situations in your life are but moments and they will surely pass by you. Once it passes you by, it will not follow you into the future. Life goes on and you look for new situations which will make you successful. But we need to understand that there is an equal chance for failure. If there is a climb there is definitely a descent.

God has intended for us to learn life by observing Mother Nature. All aspects of life, be it business, family life, management or politics, can be learnt from Nature. But you need to be alert, watchful and have the humility to learn by observing the forces of Nature. For example, take the case of a seed. If the seed is planted ensuring all favorable conditions (light, water, soil etc.) exists it will bear fruit. From this we understand that we do not possess the power to control anything; it is the presence of favorable conditions that determine the course of success or failure. We should never believe that success or failure is brought about by our personal action or inaction. As the outcome has no direct relation to our efforts we should never take success or failure personally. Ideally, we should abstain from pompous celebration of success and not resort to extreme negative behavior when faced with failure. When unsuccessful believe that it will pass you by and you will emerge unscathed like a phoenix from the ashes.

Our duty in life is to do the best we can with the talent and resources we possess, leave the result to God and have the strength of mind and resilience to accept whatever fate hands to us; be it success or failure. When faced with a dilemma the only thing that we can do is steer clear of choices that would cause profound distress and anguish to our loved ones. We should be alert, attentive and willing to assimilate, accept and alter our lives according to the situations that come by us.

The most important lesson in life is to accept failure gracefully. The only certain situation in life is failure and success is only a chance. If you learn to handle failures you will be successful in the end. Or else life would be punctuated by many a heartache.

The recent past has borne witness to grave concern over several issues like climate change and global warming. Right from world leaders to members of the common public almost everyone has been crying hoarse over the alleged negative effects of the acts of mankind on climate patterns.

Of course if this concern is well meant and springs out of pure love it is commendable. But I feel it is only superficial. Only a handful are genuinely concerned about these issues. Once you are humble enough to acknowledge the vastness and the systematic operations of this Universe there is nothing to worry. The total and final control lies with the Almighty and his wisdom is the driving force of this Universe. For example, if ants are concerned about the Universe and if they are concerned that their lifestyle can alter the universal climate or any other operating system of the Universe, we would label it ridiculous. The ants or human beings or any other life form cannot affect the Universe and its cyclical changes.

The universal truth remains that the actions of human beings affect only the human race and the actions of the ants would affect only them. So there is no truth in perceiving human beings as a superior race. We are no different from the other simple creatures of the Universe. No life form is dependent on us for their life on the face of this Earth. The Earth rotates at a speed of 1600 k ms per hour. Neither human beings nor other creatures feel anything of this rotation or the source of this energy. Our actions will not alter this speed by even a millisecond. We need to be humble enough to accept that our importance in this world is only equal to those of other creatures. Our alleged ‘dangerous’ actions or important discoveries are only relevant to us. They positively/negatively affect or alter only our lives. However, our major concern must be to eliminate the pain and suffering of fellow human beings. This we will be able to achieve if we are willing. Lead a life with love and there will be nothing to worry about.

Be Alert!

Be Alert!

At any religious gathering / ceremony irrespective of caste, creed, religion and nationality millions of people participate. The reasons behind this massive interest may vary but the presence in itself is commendable. When we see this we feel overjoyed that mankind is getting enlightened. But the next day we are back to our normal lives we do not encounter any of these ‘enlightened’ people. We see the same rat race, prejudice, oppression and injustice. All these religious meetings / gatherings are just external, nothing changes internally.

Recently, I was invited to take part in a religious meeting, the venue being a crowded city in a developing country. That very day a political party had imposed a curfew and nobody was allowed on the roads, not even cyclists. The country had come to a compete standstill. Nevertheless, I decided to go ahead and attend this meeting. En route a mob of around hundred people or more appeared. They were shouting slogans and causing trouble to all the passers by. I thought it wise to stop my car and park so as to avoid attracting any trouble. When they passed by me I looked at them with a loving smile. They did not trouble me at all. Some even smiled at me. After they passed on I drove on to the meeting. The meeting was very interesting. All the devotees who had gathered were happy and they thoroughly enjoyed the sermon. It was then that I noticed some familiar faces among this crowd. Some of them even wished me. Then it came to me that these were the same people who I had encountered earlier, the proud members of the anti-social mob.

In our daily life we visit places like hospitals, schools and police stations but rarely do we see the ‘enlightened’ people who gather at these religious meetings. This is sad. Be comforted by the fact that we are all undergoing the refinement process. So do not worry one way or the other we are progressing.

Life , After Life .

Life , After Life .

Many of us might have thought about life after this life .It seems that whenever we think about it we seem not to reach any conclusion as nobody has come back and given us their experience .

An English translation of the Holy Quran states, “You will be born again and again and again until you reach God” .We can interpret this passage in a multitude of ways but what is the truth? What is the truth that is taking place? .It is said that human beings have 172000 Nadis (Nerve Centers/Control Centers) out of which 72000 controls the functionalities of our life .

The rest 100,000 has controls and knowledge of the totality of the universe as well as its operations . That is, whatever God knows ,divine knowledge is within all of us. In essence we are all miniature God much like the fact that small magnets though smaller in size share the same properties of magnetism with a big magnet , the only true difference being the strength each can exert .

But these faculties are not activated in an ordinary living being ,but all these 172000 Nadis can be activated by us all if God wills and once they are activated you will become all compassionate with all the the divine wisdom will start flowing through you .

Now you can understand the power that lies within each one of us .An example – we see very large trees that have stood for thousands of years ,but it sprouted from a small seedling the full potential of the tree was hidden in the small seedling .But our race sadly forgets or overlooks our divine destiny and we chase after utterly meaningless worldly pleasures and money , which ultimately ruins and degenerates our divine potential. Thus we come back to this world again and again and again until we see the divine light within us and we understand love the ultimate truth .

We come to this world life after life and lead lives as Beggars ,Rich men ,Poor man ,Kings ,Sick men ,Sad man ,Happy man ,Engineer ,Doctor ,millionaire ,billionaire ,black , white , brown ,American ,Japanese ,Chinese ,Indian ,Arab ,Jew and so on .

Just like a very long drama is being enacted in this world “All the worlds a stage and all men and women merely actors” .We act different roles in this complex drama but when one finishes his scene he goes back stage changes his costume and comes back in a new costume as a new character .

Now we can understand the vivid and quite diverse spectrum of actors come and go back to the stage .Now I will explain these complexities with a simple example of the cycle we go through .

Water Cycle .

Each droplet of water wants to merge with the larger water body ,water evaporates and becomes clouds and by rain again it falls to the earth repeating this cycle for ages and by some divine power in this universe maybe a small drop of water splits in to hydrogen and oxygen instantly escaping this wondrous cycle forever and goes on to the gaseous stage breaking the cycle and changing its physical form .In the same way when human beings evolve to higher forms by the grace of God permanently leaving behind this wonderful stage we call the World .To finally be one with the God almighty .

One of the most misunderstood feelings in this world is Love , but why ?

Anything which is as real and pure like Love should be simple. It should be understood and experienced by all . God , Love , Trust , Integrity and Compassion are all so simple but in this day and age it has become complicated and corrupted. The true meaning somehow seems to be lost.

Today it is very easy for our race to make atom bombs , to travel to and land on the moon or for that fact a lot of other celestial bodies , to make complex programs , to get computers to do high precision work but to understand or experience the pure truth of Love has become very difficult .
The reason is simple , human beings have become much more complicated. We as a race have lost our innocence , relying heavily on our brains rather than paying attention to our feelings or our hearts (our heart is the part that controls Godly feelings) . We solely depend upon our brains and as a result our compassionate and humane side begins to diminish and we start acting like computers or machines . We have to reclaim our balance , find it before it is too late . To lead a perfect existence we need to use our brains as well as our hearts and exist in a perfect equilibrium .We must pay more attention to our feelings especially compassion . All the problems we face presently is due to the fact that man has chosen to ignore the song of his heart and pay a lot more attention to the hard logic in his brain thereby destroying the beautiful equilibrium . ‘Love’ currently is a coded word – loaded with a variety of hidden meanings, used to fulfill selfish needs. We use this coded word ‘LOVE’ and we confuse ourselves as well as others .
We must analyze ourselves , our motives and the facts will be revealed .

Ad men , insurance companies and banks have found out that using this magical coded word – ‘LOVE’ can sell their product or service faster than a speeding bullet and it can significantly increase profits . Without using our hearts proactively all our efforts towards bettering this world are in vain .
Global warming , disappearing rain forests and endangered species are all different faces of mans selfishness and lack of compassion .

But once we activate our hearts and become aware of these Godly feeling’s our behavior and attitude will resonate in the right way turning all our efforts automatically for the betterment of mankind , this world and all of its inhabitants .

So how do we start listening to our hearts and feel the way we felt when we were children ?

The answer is simple. We should empty our overburdened brains and relax. When we become empty our true and uncorrupted feelings will re-appear and we will start leading a balanced existence .

When we hear the word ‘refinement’, pain comes to our mind .We feel that refinement and pain go hand in hand – as they are supplementary and complementary to each other.

Refinement may come in many avatars – joy, grief, poverty, wealth etc.

We need to understand that joy and grief are two aspects of a singular process – refinement. Everyone comes to this world for the process of refinement and we get several opportunities to become refined .These opportunities can be roughly categorized into joy and grief. An example would be when one travels from the Australia to the USA, one traveler may stop in Africa while another may stop at Paris, but the destination remains the same.

When we are given the opportunity to refine ourselves through joyful experience we become proud and haughty believing that all the success and happiness coming our way are the fruits of our own hard work. We forget about the process of refinement which intends for us to find the reason behind us coming to this life. And we forget to search for the clues of our divine destiny or to make use of our present situations but we become more polluted and we end our progress and enter into a reverse mode.

In the same manner when somebody faces hardships he must understand that it is for his refinement, that it is not because of his fault and he should not feel guilty .This situation is also a process of refinement .

So we have to understand that our situations , the ones we face in our lives are for our refinement and progress .Once we understand this concept we will find the strength to face all these situations with the right attitude .Actually it is more easy for refinement to take place in an unhappy situation than a happy situation because when you are in a very happy phase with all the luxury in your life ,you indulge in happiness and luxury without even thinking of it .All these indulgences are only superficial and without the proper use of situation you start polluting your life .

When faced with a sad or unhappy poverty stricken situation you start blaming God. Until and unless you accept the situation you tend to pollute yourself with these toxic feelings. This is exactly why Jesus said it is very difficult for a wealthy man to go to heaven. He said and I quote “It is like a camel passing through the eye of a needle” .This explains that during the rich and luxurious situations refinement is very difficult .Because the beneficiary of the luxury and success will take everything for granted and he will believe that all of the trappings of luxury he enjoys is due to his own hard work .But only when he understands the fact that the situation he faces is for his betterment he starts becoming refined.

In the same manner when somebody faces hardships and he understands that it is for his refinement, the process of refinement is complete. So we have to understand that we are all passing through various situations by the grace of God for our refinement regardless of happiness or sadness .We must realize that this if for our refinement and we must utilize it for our growth .

Example 1: Someone is passing through a bout of sickness – be alert, think about the situation accept it and he must understand that God has allowed him to pass through this situation for his betterment.

Once the fact is fully understood, you will successfully complete the refinement process and will come out with flying colors. You might even completely recover from the situation God willing.

Example 2: In the same manner many will be passing through a very happy phase with all the trappings of luxury .You must realize that it is by the grace of God and not by your merit.

If you understand the facts fully these situations shall refine you otherwise they will pollute you. It is all in the attitude find the right attitude and realize the fact – sadness / happiness it is all brought about by the grace of God for our refinement .

Give and share what you have and thus you will be free if not you will live in bondage.

Many of us think long and hard about our own lives and how to lead a peaceful life, one without inner conflict, guilt, remorse, hate, fear & anger.

The peaceful life is not an unattainable dream but it is well within our grasp .But we are all used to leading a much conflicted life that we feel they are natural and a prerequisite for life . A peaceful life seems too good to be real .

The path to a peaceful and natural existence is simple – Integrate the three most important aspects of our existence Thought ,Talk & Action .

Where talk and action are reflected by our body and our thoughts by the mind, our soul is the sole witness to all three thought ,talk & action .

So if we are able to integrate these three activities we shall easily accomplish the dream of leading a peaceful and natural existence .

It is almost like the focusing of a camera lens ,to get a clear and perfect picture the lens has to be focused with the image , if not we receive a distorted photograph. So the lenses have to be focused with the image to receive a clear and perfect picture .

Just as such in our lives we should synchronize our thought , talk & action so that we can lead a successful and happy life .

The Devil.

Since time immemorial human beings have been thinking about the devil, whenever we think about God the devil follows us in to our thoughts. Some scriptures, even the Semitic scriptures, mention the devil on multiple occasions .Many believe that the devil is the just opposite of God, maybe a bit less powerful .

Is there really any need for the devil? Does the devil need to exist to validate God?

Not at all .

We are all used to the concept of devil. We do not want to disbelieve in the devils existence .

Only God exists. The devil we believe in, the power we believe him to have does not exist .Even if an entity “The Devil” does exist it must have been created by God and nobody else .If God created the devil that means God is in complete control over the devil and his actions .And due to the fact that the devil is a creation of God, just like us humans, he is also greatly limited .

This can be proven : If we where to look at the creation as a movie and if we were to watch the beginning we would see that everything starts from the all powerful God !

There Ends the Devil Theory .

What we believe and experience as the devil is only the negativity the darkness that exists within each one of us . Everything in this world works on the theory of relativity – positivity and negativity – a balance, without which nothing exists, not electricity not even reproduction .

If this critical balance is violated the precise equilibrium will breakdown and will result in complete destruction. For example, imagine a world with only night, or only day. Each on its own will destroy the world.

Therefore, we must balance the negativity and positivity that exists within each of us .

If anyone breaks the critical proportions we can call it the devil or whatever we want .So maintaining the balance is important .

Making Of The Universe.

During our lives ,many a times we have wondered about the universe ,its beginnings ,its future and its end .Most of us are wonder struck by the intricacies of this magnificent universe ,of course the universe came in to existence by the will of God .

The stars are the center of all existence in the universe . Each planet is connected to a star and revolves around the star .The earth is connected to the sun and revolves around it .The sun is the central force of all energy and it supports all life forms on the earth .But the sun and the stars also have a period of existence and one day it will end .In the beginning phases of the suns extinction it tries to draw all planets revolving around it ,to itself to be used as fuel to provide for further combustion .As a result the weaker planets are drawn in to the vortex and the stronger planets drift further away .These drifting bodies which are devoid of all life forms turn in to cold barren masses and drift around the universe for billions of light years .During this course two things can happen .

1. They will break away in to smaller particles by collision

   OR

2. They may find another orbit around another star .

If favorable conditions are achieved ,the planet may support life forms again and the cycle will repeat itself .

Though the sun has become fully extinct,there still exists a resonant gravitational force due to which the energy force continues its existence this force weakens with time .Though a weakened force it still has the power to attract particles of the universe towards itself .

This drifting vacuum of resonant power may fuse with similar forces and this may continue to drift and fuse for billions of light years .

If God willing the future of this energy field would take a different turn when mass is introduced in to the vortex .

Due to the revolving forces inside the vortex heat is generated .Massive amounts of the particles form fuel and the molten remnants are shot out forming new planets which revolve around the new sun .

“When a seed is planted ,even in the most favorable conditions it is the will of God that makes it sprout “

In the end creation and destruction is all by Gods Will .

My Brother .

My Brother .

At 3:00 A.M on 28^th October, 2008, my brother, who is two years older than me, walked away from this world to the other realm. His visit to this world came to an end and he was called back to the heavenly abode. After the funeral I was alone in my thoughts and our past re-played in my mind. I saw and recalled several moments we spent together. I re-lived the experiences and moments we shared, once more in a very short span of time.

I am very happy that I had a brother and I am very happy that we got to spend so much time together. Whenever we were together I was like a planet revolving around the sun. Right from childhood he was the hero and I the sidekick. I always watched him with admiration and was in awe of him.

We had many a differences in ideology. He enjoyed power, I enjoy love. He was a capitalist,I a socialist. He was arrogant, I by God’s grace calm. He enjoyed scotch and I fruit juice. I loved him and he loved me. In the end I guess that was what mattered most.

He had a great heart. As brothers we had many adventures together. He was the leader and I the follower. He was the chief and I the assistant. He was the protector and I the protected. He taught me many important lessons that no school or teacher could impart. I am still connected with his energy because the energy of love lasts forever.

I thank God for the good things we shared together. Initially, we used to talk daily but later on we talked once or twice a week over the phone. I visited him 30 days before his passing away. He spoke to me on the phone 3 days before. By God’s grace God showed me several signs of his departure. The last sign I saw was a dream on 26/10/2008 in the afternoon. Each one of us in this world is unique. The God Almighty is living through each one of us , not only human beings but through all the particles of the Universe. In this world who ever comes in to contact – the connection is by divine destiny only. So be aware of it and make the most of it. Enjoy the company and contacts.

Once I was undergoing a minor surgery & I had an outer body experience .Just after becoming sedated I felt my soul , life or the real me entering in to a what seemed to be a tunnel & I was moving at high velocity .The speed I experienced could not be explained in this worldly plain .It was more than the speed of thought .While I was traveling in this high velocity .I could see / feel many different colored flashes of light inside the tunnel .

I was extremely at peace and felt happy.Everything seemed in place very comfortable .

Suddenly inside the tunnel there was a change in direction .I was turned in the exact opposite direction I was heading in , at the same speed .I told myself that I did not want to go back , I wanted stay in this peaceful plain .

At that time there where some thought transference to me that are confidential .

I heard the doctor calling my name and by God grace I was brought back in to this realm .

I woke up & thanked the doctor profusely .The experience I Had was not a dream I was in the Energy form .

Today I was reading the newspaper I came a across an interesting piece of news that a beautiful girl from Naples Ms Rafello Fikko wants to sell her virginity for a million euro’s to purchase an apartment .

These days I hear a lot that there are plastic surgeons who re-do the membrane to reclaim verginity .

What is the big deal in the virginity claim ,in the olden days newly wedded brides used to carry chicken blood in small bottles with them for the first nights or some how scratch their legs to bleed a little or some will chase after a full stomach mosquito but I feel killing on the first night is not at all pleasant for such a petty reason .

I feel that the only thing truly virgin in this world is virgin olive oil .

It is not wise to refer to human beings as being virgins at all .

But I will be very happy if some one pays Raffello Fikko one million euro’s so that she can purchase the apartment she so desperatly wants , the price being her so called virginity .

So they thrust themselves in to sadness (worry ,anger ,fear) and then try to cure it by doing something that provides temporary release from this misery tailored by them for themselves. Dearest readers I would love to share with you a valuable secret that has been revealed to me by the Almighty for me to share with all of you so that well being prevails among all humanity.
This valuable secret deals with something as mundane as breathing. But the problem lies in the fact that most of us believe that breathing to merely consist of inhaling and exhaling.
Breathing is one of the most important activities performed by our body.  But we perform this activity without any sort of discipline or training – nobody ever taught us how to breathe efficiently.
Breathing is much more than we consider it to be. It is in fact the intake of “Prana” or life force along with air. The ‘breathing’ all of us do involves only short ,incomplete breaths –taking in only small amounts of AIR which doesn’t reach all the air sacks in your lungs. This is insufficient for our overall health and well being.
This situation can be compared to one in which an untrained person drives a car. Due to his untrained methods of driving he damages the car as well as himself. Thus, in a short span of time. The performance of the car deteriorates. But if the driver is properly trained, the car will be used properly and maintained well and it will continue to serve its owner efficiently for a long time.
So what is the remedy?
The solution is a very simple breathing ‘technique’ which can be performed without any training but with awareness.
But so keep in mind that this is not an exercise.

The proper way to breathe is such. Take a deep breath so that you take in enough air to fill your lungs to their maximum capacity. Be aware of the flow of air through your body. Feel the air reach your finger tips and the tips of your toes. Feel it penetrate and rejuvenate every cell in your brain. Once you feel that it has flooded every cell in your body, slowly exhale, feeling the air being drawn out from your body. The important thing here is to be aware. Each breath you take should follow this pattern.

Once you start practicing this, you will be able to observe a tremendous difference in all aspects of your life. It reduces risk of health problems such as heart diseases, blood pressure, body aches etc. It also improves and strengthens your immune system, sharpens your brain, increases your awareness and even increases your life span!
The reason for all this is the awareness that it is ‘prana’ that enters your body. You will be able the free yourself from vices like alcoholism, smoking etc .

You will feel an increased sense of well being and this will be reflected in your outer appearance as well.
I believe that it is always best to experience the positive effects for your self than to read about them.

Olympic Madness

I was watching the beginning Beijing Olympics the other day and the event going on at that time was the women’s weight lifting .I saw three competitors from Egypt ,Columbia and China doing their thing . First the Egyptian tried sadly she failed .Next the Colombian took her shot again though pushed and prodded by the coach ,she too was unable to do do it . The coach and the other support staff pushed them made them smell something and did all they could to make the contestants do some thing as stupid and frivolous as lifting a weight far greater than their own bodies . This reminds me often I would see bullock carts carrying very heavy loads .Those poor animals ! After having crossed the point of exhaustion (their breaking point much like the weightlifting Olympians) when they could no longer pull the cart ,they would come to a complete stop and much like the coach the cart rider would come and try his hand by trying to break the poor bulls tail or by lighting a match and holding it to the animals tail to make the helpless animal carry on with the heavy load .These acts committed on the bull though inhumane can sadly be justified as a way for the cart rider to feed his family . But what about the Olympians ? Why on earth are the poor athletes (oddly more helpless than the bull) put through these animalistic acts ? I cannot comprehend that in this amazingly awaken and information filled world why anyone in their right mind would coax ,coach ,boost ,promise fame and glory so that a human being would suffer and keep suffering then when he reaches his breaking point he is left alone ? These barbaric customs and inhuman practices followed in the olden time when these physical talents would guarantee kingship .These still being followed by us a so called civilized society . This mascarades in the pre text civil and healthy sportsmanship . Here instead of the gladiators tearing up lions and warriors fighting each other in battle instead the Olympians PRACTICE HEALTHY sportsmanship in well crafted Olympia stadiums . My belief is in this cultured society we should not engage in trivial pursuits such as these . The Olympics is just as important as a gladiator fighting to death with a lion . But I do salute the contestants who sadly failed in the pursuit of this frivolous dream of stupid yellow and silver medals .
